Struggling new with this hadn’t even started

Hello everyone I want to start this journey but can’t seem to figure this out. Find this posting thingy so far. Now to begin I put all my info in profile that’s it, so is it supposed to generate my macros or settings for me automatically?

    There's a Get Started section on the main menu that will help You set up your macros based on your personal stats.
