Sugar alcohols

Hi! I should subtract sugar alcohols as well as fiber to get net carbs right?

    Some sugar alcohols raise blood sugar in some people. Keto Connect has a good video about it.

    There have been differing opinions from what I've read and researched on this. Some say that you should count half of the sugar alcohols towards your net carbs, some say that you don't need to count any of them at all. Keep in mind, not all sugar alcohols are created equal (no pun intended haha).

    That being said, we try to use pure stevia powder whenever possible, but my wife and I have begun using erythritol in different recipes more recently.

    If anyone has any input to clear up any of this, please do tell!
