I've been doing keto for a few weeks and I lost some weight, but I can't get my macros to add up. I reach my fats but not proteins or vice.

  • Macro percentages make no difference. Low carbs is all you need for ketosis and ketosis is all you need to get fat adapted.  Carbs and calories are limits, protein is a minimum ( you can eat more), and fat is for satiety and energy. If you feel good and satisfied don’t eat more to meet a macro.
