I’m new and wondering it’s been 4 weeks and I lost 6 lbs but I don’t seem to be moving? Is this maybe not the right fit for me

    You have to make your own choices but 1.5lbs a week is not a bad diet result.  Sure, some people have amazing losses in a short time, but everyone's body is different.  I encourage you to stick with it if making a positive change is important to you.
