Hi and happy birthday..my 50th was a week ago and I felt horrible about it too because of how badly I’ve let myself go the past couple of years. I’m too new at this to offer any real advice, but it’s helped me a lot to plan meals in advance and always have healthy snacks available (eggs, cheese, nuts, greens, spicy dips, etc). I’m also working at creating a meal plan for the week so I don’t fall off the wagon again (this weekend was horrible but I’m back at it and determined not to quit even if I mess up). Above all just be very proud of yourself for recognizing that you need to get healthier and actually trying to do something about it. Thank you for your service and hang in there because the first week can be brutal.
