Re: I don’t reach my calorie limit. I’m on the start of week 2. Been tracking all foods, do pretty good on carbs. Should I worry A great way to add some calories without getting to full is some macadamia nuts with rock salt. Cheddar cheese cubes. Olives to nibble. I don’t like 3 days in a row of low calories. 😋😋
