I am a 49yo married mother of one. I have lost 100lbs in the last 18 months as a result of bariatric surgery and am finally able to exercise and be as active as I want to be. I am a carbaholic, however, and feel much better living an LC lifestyle. Doing keto now to try to get this last 20lbs off.
