I jumped into Keto head first (no prep; seems how I roll, lol). Started off with a 3-day water fast (that was a little tough, never did that before) and then straight into Keto doing 20/4 IF with ADF, then within the same week to doing 22/2 IF (OMAD) with ADF... I'm 36 days in and have lost 31.6 pounds and feel really good considering where I started from.

I am not able to do much in the way walking/exercising due to knee injuries, but I figured out things I can do. Woohoo! :)

Feeling positive about my new journey even though I've gone it alone. Just received my Keto-Mojo and so far each day I've been either HIGHEST therapeutic level or HIGH therapeutic level for ketosis... Was blessed to jump in without skipping a beat into this program from the start and I'm here for the long haul! :)
