That's to low. You can only loose so much per week. I aim for 1 lb a week and I need about 1500 calories for that. I think you need to lower your goals.…

If you are increasing your muscles then that's gonna keep the weight up some I think. Muscle Is more sense than fat. I'd go by looks more then actual weight

So I work shift work. I am usually awake 24 hrs my first night shift. Should I log my food all I'm one day or switch to the next day after midnight?
