@Briped I am doing 16/8 IF and keeping the macros under limit. Bg's are under 100 anytime with this diet.

13 days on Keto and nada nothing... Will give it a day and then switch it up to consume 100 carbs a day to confuse the body.

@Gastric Joy Getting fats shouldnt be hard and I suspect you are avoiding as you heard for years fats are bad for you. I eat sauteed veggies and put 1 tbsp of Butter on them.…

@Fethia Belaid I have not found a snack that has high in fat without carbs in it. I eat sautéed foods and add butter on it. I also eat butter to get the fats.

You can go to setting --> macro and adjust the levels you want for macro nutrients. Too much protein is not good as it turns into sugar and will inhibit the fat to ketosis.…

I find it is hard to lose the last 10 lbs. Also when you work out, you could be gaining muscle which is a good thing. I am looking for suggestions too...

@Keelo Ohh that i didnt know.. I will keep the fats in check and have increased protein to avoid muscle loss.. just shy of 22% of calories via protein today.
