Welcome 🍍. You don’t have to meet the amount of fat grams, but should try to hit the 70% fat goal. For dehydration, I increased water and sodium. I did not add an electrolyte supplement, but many do. Just look for zero calorie electrolytes. Incorporating leafy greens, avocado, broccoli, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, artichokes, nuts, salmon etc. all help to replace as well.
