Hello. I thought I would introduce myself. I have been diet/exercise for 14 months now. Lost 64 lbs!! Most was just reduction in carbs/45 stair master per day/30 min weights. About a month ago, I started keto. Lost 17 out of the 65 lbs on keto. Track my nutrition. I also track my ketones using a caretouch blood test. Just started that yesterday. Any advice and support is appreciated.
