Newbie
Hey All,
I have been trying this for 2 weeks and I haven't seen any changes on the scale. I've been having a hard time getting all of my fat numbers in but come in below the net carbs and right at the protein. Do I just need to hang in there and then I'll start to see things? I've heard people loosing 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I haven't seen a bit of change. Any suggestions?
