Went in to Ketosis on 3rd day and started dropping weight ... then stalled and now creeping back up? Yesterday I ate way below my net calories- net everything and gained a half a pound?
I wasn’t starving myself in purpose just super busy
My Fitbit is synced to the app now - after feeling like I had the flu I started walking which automatically subtracted net calories from my day. Weird thing is I’ve started gaining weight (slightly) !
Im wondering if I should ignore the “gifted back” calories???
