Dry Skin - Keto

I haven’t come across this mentioned, save for one person.

Its well known diabetics have terribly dry skin, but I’m having the same problem? Is it a side effect of not producing insulin or spiking insulin?

I have been in Ketosis now for 7 weeks, I drink 4-6 litres of water a day (as I find ketosis makes me very thirsty)

Anyone else suffering from it, any tips on what to take as a supplement that can help?

I have recently had a bout of psoriasis which made me wonder if it was caused by the Keto diet.  I've been doing lchf for about 14 months and Keto for the past 4.    It took a round of prednazone to knock it out and now I'm taking Humira.  I'm not totally sure I'll continue with the Humira once the itchy skin has subsided.  I was diagnosed at one time as being pre-diabetic but managed to get my blood glucose and other markers under control with my diet.  I'm not on any meds for the diabetes.

    Best of Luck!
