Meeting fat limit without going over calorie limit

Hello, I am very new to the keto diet and find that I am not meeting my fat limit and if I do meet them I am over the calorie limit. Or I meet carb limit but below in my fat and protein limit. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    I seem to have the same problem as you.  Watching for any suggestions

  • I don’t worry too much about fat or calories. It’s carbs that count. Some experts would say don’t even count calories. At the end of the day you want your macros pie chart to be pretty close to your goal. Since I’m very low carb, I seldom feel hungry enough to even get close to my calorie goal, and I do eat lots of fats.
