How to enter and track macros from "home grown" recipes

I have been doing "keto" since January but really not tracking macros and I think that is why I have not been really successful at my weight loss though I am down 12 pounds.  I do a lot of "home grown" cooking and recipes and want to know how to use carb manager to track the macros in my own recipes.  Can someone point me in the right direction ?
