Just wondering???

Do your carbs go down as you lose weight???

    If you mean your net carb target, yes, it does decrease as you lose. Assuming you want to continue to lose weight, your daily calorie intake must continue to decrease in order to continue to have a net calorie deficit. Of course, you can always exercise more to help with the calorie equation, too.

    My Net Carb limit stays the same/is the same number throughout, but my other macros change according to new body composition stats (I go for one every fortnight). Usually, total caloric intake will reduce as my body fat reduces. I also never eat back my workout calories.
