Lower in Carb, but higher in Fat treat

Mixing berries with plain greek yogurt is good, but tends to use up a lot of allowable carbs. I've started decreasing the amount of plain greek yogurt and substituting sour cream instead.  It's creamy and delicious!  Adding a packet of Stevia if desired makes for a great treat!

  • I do the same...also i add cinnamon  it also helps in the digestion and sweetens it too.❤️my favorite
