Hi everyone! I am new to the community and looking for recipe suggestions that meets the following requirements.

No wheat, no sugar (outside of fruit), no flour, and no soda.

  • The ‘Food’ section of the app has some awesome recipes, both part of the app and added by users.  Lots of delicious meals that will meet your needs.

    Do be careful with the fruit though, they often contain considerable carbs; best to avoid them.  Hope this helps, and good luck!

  • Lots of good recipes in this app. Also, check out recipes for chia puddings, smoothies, egg (especially those you can make ahead, like mini crustless-quiches that keep well), etc.
