3 pounds this week

I think I have found my carb sweet spot! Lost 3 pounds this week.  But its not the scales that that I am noticing.

Even I can’t see any physical difference, but I had to move the car seat up today. More room between me and it apparently. And more energy! If you knew me two years ago, you’d understand why that is so important.

I was diagnosed with malabsorption disorder two years ago. After work I slept and ate just to have energy to go the next day. I usually slept all

weekend. This weekend I cleaned out cabinets and decluttered. Oh so much more energy. 

Yes, I am going slow. It is deliberate. And yes I know it will take a long time. I am thankful for every day that I get healthier.

  • Sometimes you won't notice much movement on the scale but you'll notice you've shrunk and your clothes are looser.
