I know that's so difficult! I'm the same, at this point just try to manage the grazing. Cut up string cheese into parts and grab one section at a time. Or bacon bites. Or celery and cheese, etc. Don't take alot out of the fridge or you'll eat it all (I do) prep one portion into smaller snacks bites for you to grab throughout the day, then at the end of the day you've only had one portion but feel like you've had more. Try eating something you don't particularly love lol so you don't want to go back for more - I grab 5 olives for a snack and I didn't like olives before keto. I've forced myself to eat them & weirdly as I've been eating them, I've learned to like them. Drink alot too - I make unsweetened iced tea and fill myself up on that.
