I started keto almost 3 weeks ago and have lost 15 lbs. I don’t think I am getting the right ratio of what I need. I never cheat

    Tracey Frisbee in the upper right hand corner of the home page, there is a + sign. Touch that and I will pull down a page to track your food

    15 pounds seems like a good start for 3 weeks.   

    Have you entered your measurements in the program, and then gone to the settings page to set up your activity level, goals, etc?

    It will tell you what your macros should be, then you can use My Daily Log to track your food.  On the log page you can click the + on the top right of the screen to add foods like Lissa said, or click the three dots on the right of a meal title (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to go directly to adding foods to a specific meal.
