Keto Promise

I’m 1 month into Keto and love what I’ve learned and trained my body to.  Can’t imagine going  back to my old ways of eating!

I find my biggest challenge is meeting my macro limits each day, more specifically, the protein, without going over on the fat & net carbs.  Would love & appreciate feedback.

    I also struggled to balance my macros at first.  The high fat component was a little hard to  incorporate because it was such a drastic change.  You might try reducing the amount of meat in your diet.  I tend to just have meat one meal per day.  

    I try to meet my fat goal, stay slightly under my protein and calorie goals and quite a bit under my carb goal. I regularly enter my meal in CM app before I eat to see effect on macros.  You can always delete if you make a change.
