Ten days in, and I’ve already lost 6 pounds! I’m loving all the recipes and how easy is to track your food.

  • Im also 10 days in and have lost 6.4 pounds.  Well done to the both of us.  I also love the foods.  Have you tried the Tuscan butter shrimp yet.....its amazing.

    I haven’t tried that one yet, but I will be soon, I made the  keto breakfast meat egg cups and the keto vegetarian egg cups, Both were great! Keep up the great progress.
