Can’t get enough fat

I’m having a hard time increasing my fat. 

Any ideas?

  • Pork chops and ribs, New York and ribeye steak, high fat ground beef, salmon, tuna canned in oil.  Coconut oil, coconut butter, MCT oil.  Butter, ghee, heavy whipping cream, block cheese, goat cheese.  Sesame oil, seasoned oils such as truffle oil.  Olive oil, olives.  Nut butters, pecans, macadamia nuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts.  Remember, you can add fats to your plate, butter for your veggies, seasoned oils for your meats.

  • Also, avocados, avocado oil, coconut cream, almonds, eggs, sour cream, cream cheese, pork rinds, Boston butt, ground pork, chicken thighs, bacon, and sausage.
