Low Carb but not enough calories

I’m new to this. I’ve been put on 20g or less carbs every day and in three days I’m averaging 24g, but I’m not getting enough calories. I’m averaging like only 535 calories each day. I’m getting in my 64-80oz of water. I’m having trouble finding foods to eat that have calories and protein but no carbs.  I travel extensively on business and I’m really worried about finding food I can eat. Anyone else Travel and going very low carb successfully?

    Are there any foods you don't eat? I.e.  Meat? Fish? Eggs? If you're just stating fat has to be top of your list. Steak/fish & vegetables/salad with added olive oil,  avocado & avocado oil,  butter on the veg, bacon & eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes, adding fats wherever you can. I go around asking if it is gluten free or suitable for diabetics when in doubt about ingredients. I add pure C8 MTC oil to coffee, you can also add coconut oil, even butter if all else fails.... there are so many websites, & some very experienced Keto people here, I am just starting week 5 (2 weeks of which I was on holiday in Tenerife no known cheats) 13.6lbs down. I don't count calories just do random carb counting to keep in check.

    i love Leanne at Healthful Pursuits although she eats fruit I don't.  YouTube videos & website. Keep talking to us here because that calorie number is starvation mode you need kind support. I am amazed you got here & didn't cave in 👏👏

  • Hard boiled eggs, jerky, tuna pouches, tuna salad, chicken salad, avacados, meat and cheese roll ups. If your plan allows protein shakes those are good too.
