"Real good pizza" review

Just got my boxes of " real good pizza" delivered in dry ice. The delivery fed ex man had to use gloves to throw out the dry ice.  Not to bad but the pepperoni tastes a little weird. The small pizza is really small but packs a punch of sodium and fat and protein. I would get the cheese one next time. I also bought the breakfast one. We shall see. Only for those days I don't feel like making real food. Need to bake them awhile then fry them in a pan to crisp the crust.

Joanna Im sorry they only deliver in the states. I鈥檝e ordered my first batch of enchiladas and they are on the way. My favorite crust I think for making pizza was just a cheese crust. 1 c moz, 1 egg, 1/4 c aged parm and Asiago type cheese. Dash of garlic powder. I would smash this out as thin as I could and bake at 350 or so watching closely. When lightly brown flip it.  Bake some more. This is baked on parchment paper because of the wet crust. Then dress the crust with light amount of toppings. I didn鈥檛 care much for the texture of almond flour crust and this was the best texture and easiest to make for me. Double recipe for leftovers or sharing.

Joanna It was a recipe if found on pin, I鈥檓 curious to see if you make it and like it! I think you can have it on its own, I did, with melted garlic butter drizzled on the top. I鈥檓 thinking a tad of sundried tomatoes on top too! 馃お
