Ps don鈥檛 bother to buy the App though as there鈥檚 not a lot on there other than currently 100 recipes. No community. But logging might be easier? Will let you know I succumbed thinking if working Macros out was so easy..... ! (You can do that for free via internet.

I have that app and really like it the support community is one Facebook I am waiting approval to join. I upgraded for $6 and I think it is worth it. It tracks down to the decimal which no other keto app does.

Ah thank you, I don鈥檛 have Facebook but will log food there in future if it鈥檚 easier than here ~ as there鈥檚 virtually nothing listed here in my experience which means everything takes ages....
