New -. Headaches. Need salt advicr

Hi all,  Glad to find this site.  I know I need to supplement with electrolytes, especially salt. But the numbers i'm finding for total salt mgs  are all over the place to what's recommended on a ketogenic diet. I'm eating about 1500 calories a day with macros of 10, 20 and 70. Trying to be sensible about salt intake, any advice would be appreciated,  thank you.. Donna

    Hi Donna, add as much ( Himalayan pink salt for me) as you can tolerate whilst symptoms persist potassium & magnesium are vital too in your food if possible or supplement fo a while. Keto salts as talked about in former posts are great for transition apparently. Plenty of water & rest.
