brannen2d79 Yes I’m sure it’s fine but I would suggest graduating to a whole cream in your coffee with maybe a drop of vanilla and or cinnamon or something. You will possibly find a better energy source from a real animal fat and perhaps enjoy it even more! I have read the ingredients on some of the creamers and if something is in there you don’t know what it is, natural is Better. You can try a flavored vanilla coffee carb free then add the creamer also. I do this for a treat.
