Out of calories for the day, but still hungry (And NO, I have not hit my fat target)

Suggestions here?

1. Go over my calorie limit, eat the extra fat to make you feel full and to get you closer to your fat target

2. Stop eating! Drink lots of water to fill your tummy!

  • Stop counting calories. Just count carbs. This was the hardest thing for me to wrap my head around. I just counted carbs and monitored my protien intake. I no longer even have to do that anymore. I have lost 62lbs
