Hello. New to keto, just started 2 months ago after finally deciding that at 31 I want to work to be the healthiest I've ever been. Its been a challenging journey so far as I used to describe my previous diet as carbetarian 😂. Wish everyone the best on their own journey!

I'm about in the same boat. I'm 32 and had approximately 140 lbs that I want to lose. I started weeks 1-3 cutting out some carb sources (ie sugar, bread, pastas). Weeks 4-5 I started doing a lazy keto, where I was following guidelines, but not tracking foods that I ate, so who knows how well I did? Starting week 6 (now on week 9) I tracked everything that entered my mouth lol. I'm currently sitting at 33 lost with 109 pounds to go!
