Please help - recipe has net carbs not total carb

Anyone?  I have a recipe I would like to enter, but it only list net carbs, not the total carbs.  How/Where do I list the net carbs?

  • I’m pretty sure net carbs are calculated. Carbs, including sugar, minus fiber equals net carbs. You might try to find another copy of the recipe that has complete carbs, or enter your recipe into a website that will compute carbs from ingredients.

  • Urbanhiker Thanks, that is what I have been doing.  I just discovered that you can enter a recipe in this app and will figure out all the macros for you :)
