Calculation of Total Carbs

Hi all, So my app defaults to a net carb of 16g/day. I'm trying to default to total carbs but the app needs me to calculate it on my own. What is the correct # of Total cabs if my net is at 16g?  TIA Beth

  • You might ask on the technical forum. Mine gives me net and total carbs. I have premium, not sure that makes a diff tho.
