202 new year, new me!

Hello I am new to this. I had bariatric sleeve surgery nov 2018 and I have lost 220 pounds but I want to loose 20 more. I’m praying this will help me out!

    Hi there!  I too had VSG in Jan 2018, lost over 100 but gained about 15 back due to old habits rearing their ugly head.  I am back on track now too, have 29lbs to get to my original goal, hoping LC and keto will get me there.

     

    Congrats on your awesome VSG results!  That's spectacular!
