I Don’t use CM as often
Hey everyone, I’ve been at this for a few months and for the last couple weeks I haven’t entered any data into CM. I was good during the holidays, so it wasn’t that I didn’t want to see what I consumed.
I just eat the same things now for the past few months that I lost interest in counting it all. It’s kind of like I have learned what I need to know and confident I’m eating correctly.
I haven’t gained weight, so that’s a bonus. I have lost over 40 and looking to drop another 40.
Do any of you find you don’t use CM as much since your started?

I'm only a week into using CM, but I've used others in the past for keto and other types of diets. I always find I have great success with using them and eventually stop using them, then little by little I slip back into my old ways over time until one day I find that my favorite shirt is too tight, or my pants split because they're not as loose as I thought they were when I bent over to pick up that snickers bar.
You might do just fine without CM. My experience, however, has been that discontinuing the food log is the first step down a path that I never want to take a gain. Besides, CM (in my opinion) has hands-down the best and easiest interface for logging food. And even if you don't -need- a food log to be good, they can be helpful for troubleshooting plateaus or setbacks (i.e. not lost any weight in a month? Go back and see what/when you were eating, how much, and activity levels the month before the plateau and look for what's different.)
