New at this

Hi this is my first few days with carb manager. I'm having a rough time. I did really good today with my recipes and eating and then BAM I messed up by eating a rice pudding that wasn't keto friendly. I feel so guilty. However, I'll wake up today and start again. Its desserts....i need some sweet ideas. Anyone?

    For some, carbs are an addition just like drugs and alcohol.   

    You don’t give me much to work with, so lets start by making sure you’ve set up properly: set your macros in the settings tab?  Okay, good.  Stick to them - they’re non negotiable until you make some progress.

    Build your menus a day in advance and you’ll be able to see what impact they’ll have.  Rice is not good for a keto diet.  It’s gone, like beans, bread, pasta and potatoes.  It you can’t eat it, don’t even put it in your menus (and delete if from ‘My Foods’).

    you’ll find as you continue down this journey that you no longer crave carbs or sweets.  For the occasional goodie, there’s swerve and other keto sweeteners, but I’ll let others chat about them.

    There are LOTS of Keto dessert recipes! Check Pinterest or just Google it. Anything from muffins, cakes, brownies, cookies, to pies, tarts, ice creams, puddings, etc! You can also find some Keto dessert items in store - Ratio Keto Yogurt is REALLY good; there is also Enlightened and Rebel Keto ice creams.
