Joanna Sorry! It’s a chicken based crust anyhow. I know there are recipies out there but I never tried making the chicken based crust. I guess I’m in love with convience so you could try making a few small ones up and freezing ? The sauce is flavorful and has some sodium but one little pizza does me in to my “happy place”. I bake in my little toaster/convection oven on the bottom rack about 375-400. It helps dry the crust out.
