Stalled

Down 20 since 7/22 but have not lost any weight in the last 4 weeks. Any suggestions?

    I am close to my goal and it takes me weeks to lose a pound. It may not show on the scale but you are probably losing inches. Don’t give up.

    You might try changing your routine a little bit to force your body into an adjustment. 
     

    Increase your activity levels, go ultra low carb for a day or 2, increase water intake. If you know your maintenance calorie intake, eat at maintenance for a few days, then drop back to deficit. The body can adjust to things over time which can cause a plateau.  Just a suggestion 🤷‍♂️

  • Are you incorporating intermittent fasting?  If not, maybe try it.
