Yes, you can have bullet proof coffee daily, even several times a day, but depends how much fat you eat the rest of the day to see how much you can have. I never tried it with oil in though. I just used butter, maybe a tablespoons worth. I found though that it left my lips greasy when drinking it, and wasnt any better than black coffee. I also prefer to use the additional fat on veg to add flavour instead of in my coffee. Give it a try, but heavy cream is another option or milk alternatives if black is too bitter/strong.

As long as you're tracking your macros from the coffee against your daily goals, you can have as much as you like! Fat content of the coffee is really a person to person preference thing. Personally I like to add a tablespoon each of heavy cream, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil - my secret ingredient is cacao butter! It gives the coffee a rich mocha flavor without all the sugar or bitterness from traditional cocoa or mocha syrups.

I just read Bulletproof and was concerned that I didn't have the best coffee. Apparently, the type of coffee you have is very important because most coffee has mold which is inflammatory. The writer recommends 1 T of grassfed butter and 1 T of MCT oil in black coffee and emulsified with a blender makes it frothy and not so greasy. I went on Amazon and bought Fat Fuel Company coffee packs with grassfed butter powder, mct oil powder, coconut oil powder, and himalayan salt. These packs are so easy and keeps me full.
