First week, first time Keto, down 8lbs so far.

This app is amazing! All the food planning takes soooo much time but so far it’s worth it & im learning a lot:):)

    I really enjoy logging my daily foods honestly 😆 it gives me something to do and keeps me accountable. You really do start to learn how many carbs/sugars everything has and you get a better idea of what you’re doing.
