New here, trying to lose baby weight for baby #2 next year.

Hello!

I have tried so many diets...Slimfast, Weight watchers, vegetarian and never lost much weight and kept it off. I had horrible cravings for carbs and would always go over calories. I've been trying low carb (45-50g net carbs because my 1 year old still breastfeeds) for a week and a half and I haven't had any cravings and my normal fatigue that I attributed to being up with a baby at night for a year has gone away almost completely! 

I grew up with my mom and all my grandparents always eating super low fat, but all of them have always struggled with their weight so LCHF is the complete opposite of everything I've ever been taught about food. I'm really hoping that I've finally found something that will work for me because I have a loose goal of a year to get to a healthy weight before trying for a second baby. 

I'm glad I found this app because I found out that the other app I was using was tracking all my meat and bacon as uncooked with much higher calories and fat than I was actually eating!
