Could someone tell me if we are supposed to track our day from the first page of the app OR do we go by the macros chart for tracking purposes? I’m so confused by this. Thank you!
You track your daily food and activities in My Daily Log and in My Day you put the details of your meals for the day.
When you add your food throughout the day the FOODS tab of thee app will add the macros to your daily log for you. All you do is plug in your meals.
