New To Keto
Hi Everyone! My name is Allyssa, friends call me Lys. I just recently started keto. The last 30 days for me have been all about keto education, using the carb manager app, and acclimating to the life style change. The first few days i tracked my normal eating habits.and wow, was i shocked.2100 calories...much of that was carbs and sugar. I was disgusted with myself, to say the least. This app has helped me hold myself accountable. In the last 30 days i cut my calorie intake to 1100-1200 depending on the day, within a week i cut my carb and sugar intake in half. actually, yesterday was my very first day that i reached my keto goal for all my macros! Im on day 2 now of reaching goals. I have a headache, and im tired. i dont know if thats the diet or not. Im sticking with it though. Even though i havent been in ketosis, i still managed to lose 5 pounds! Wooohooo! Probably water weight but i dont care, it makes me feel good about it. Well, thats me and my start to this life style change. I hope we can all support and encourage each other 😊 Have A Great Afternoon Ladies and Gents

I am very new to this , just started a week ago and only second day since I discovered this app
I can see how I overeat when not tracking
first day it was 1543 cal
today 1300 and on track with my macros
will see how soon I get into state of Ketosis and what my weight does
