New and have a question!!!

Is getting all your daily fat necessary? I’ve also have been exceeding my protein by 10 or 25g. I have about 25 lbs I’m looking to shed after having my son 1/4/18. Any advice or information would be appreciated:)

  • Fat will keep you full. Too much protein will convert to glucose so staying within your guidelines is important. Read the book The Keto Reset Diet.
