Hi everyone!!!!
Hello all! Today is day number 13 for me . I have not stepped on the scale, so I don’t know exactly how much, if any weight I have lost. All I know is that I have so much energy now it’s fantastic! The few things I have learned through this small journey so far is to get a digital’s food scale. In the beginning I did not have a scale and just was going by my estimations through the app. I now know I have been really low on my fats and because I haven’t weighed food. Which means I could have had much more avocado that I did! Lol Fat bombs are THE BOMB, no pun intended. Lol I also enjoy on occasion, Aldi’s Elevation Carb Conscious bars. I am on the go a lot with kids and life and I keep a couple in my purse just in case I need a snack to tide me over. I also discovered Realgood pizza! It is high in protein, so be careful on not to go over on protein, but sometimes you need a quick meal after a hectic day to throw in the microwave! I do love this new way of life! 😍😍😍

errinlkg7ece May I ask why you only eat poultry? If it is to personal, I understand. I just wanted to point out animal fats I have researched can be very beneficial to ketogenic in several ways, this isn’t just an opinion of mine. It’s been researched but to what degree I’m not versed in that, wish I could remember.

Badmojomn I also eat bacon as well. :) The reason is I’m weird. Lol I was a vegetarian for a long time until I was pregnant with my son and craved chicken, so I slowly started eating poultry again. I can’t get myself to eat beef. The smell and taste makes me sick, so I stick to poultry and bacon. :)
