lori11530 I empathise ~ mine lives almost only on carbs! I’ve just (& Long May it last) set my mind to ‘those aren’t my foods they ruin my health’..... like a recovering alcoholic, I just can’t go there. I’m currently listening to an audio book (can do 2 things at once then) ‘Bright Line Eating’ by Susan Peirce Thompson Ph.D. and find so much of what she says very useful. I fully intend staying Keto but applying many of her attitudes to addiction (sugar & carbs) & life. How are feeling now you are connected to some others?
