Going over in protein

Hi there, I am new to this. I am able to keep my carbs under 20g/day but I seem to be going over in protein. For example, today I am at 18g/20g carbs, 108g/125g fat, and 113g/101g protein.

Is it a big deal? Should I try to stay under? Are my daily allowances more of a goal or a limit?

You want to keep your protein at or below the goal because it can keep you from going into ketosis. Easiest way is to look at where your proteins are coming from and lowering the porting to help. For example if your doing 6oz of meat maybe lower the portions to 4 or 5 to help get you to your goal.

Goals are more of a limit for carbs and proteins, fats you can go over in reason.
