Sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Hello, 44 year old dad with over 100 pounds to lose. Started low card about 4 weeks ago with minimal results, stumbled on Intermittent Fasting while researching Keto. Started full Keto with IF 2 weeks ago, already dropped 15 pounds and can’t remember feeling this good in a very long time. Hoping to use these forums to meet new people with new ideas and maybe add some new friends for motivation and support.

I’m doing 16/8. But most days it’s more like 18/6, if I can wait to eat, I do. I am also an insulin resistant diabetic, when I started this I would easily test in the mid 300’s without medication. The first week doing the fast I dropped down to the low 200’s, by week two I was logging mid 100’s, with no medication at all.
